Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again in the legal spotlight, facing shocking allegations of sexual assault and battery.

A new lawsuit filed in Northern California federal court claims that Combs violently assaulted a woman named Ashley Parham in March 2018, allegedly as revenge for a remark she made about the rapper’s rumored involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur, as reported by the New York Post.

The lawsuit, packed with disturbing accusations, states that Combs, aided by several accomplices, assaulted Parham using a TV remote, along with other forms of abuse. The suit also alleges that Parham first encountered Combs through a FaceTime call initiated by a man she met outside a bar in February 2018.

Trying to impress others, the man introduced Combs via video, but Parham wasn’t impressed. In fact, she reportedly expressed her belief that Combs was somehow connected to Tupac’s death. The lawsuit claims Combs overheard the comment and chillingly warned that she would “pay” for her accusation.

A month later, on March 23, 2018, Parham was lured to the same man’s house in Orinda, California, supposedly to help with his cancer medication. Instead, she alleges, it was a setup for Combs’ attack.

Armed with a knife, Combs allegedly threatened to give Parham a “Glasgow smile,” an infamous disfigurement caused by slashing the corners of someone’s mouth. According to the lawsuit, this grisly fate was avoided when one of Combs’ associates, Kristina Khorram, intervened, stating that such an injury would ruin any potential for them to “sell” Parham to clients.

Khorram, accused of orchestrating Parham’s assault, is named as a key defendant in the case. The suit claims she helped facilitate the attack and later aided in covering up the crime.

After the knife threat, Combs allegedly proceeded to strip Parham, cover her in oil, and assault her with a television remote, all while making terrifying threats about her life.

The lawsuit reveals more disturbing details, including the involvement of several other men who allegedly participated in the rape before Combs left the scene.

After the attack, Parham was taken to a hospital, where she underwent an examination and reported the assault to authorities. However, according to Parham, law enforcement initially ignored her claims and dismissed her concerns, particularly when she hesitated to name Combs directly, fearing further retaliation.

Parham is now suing Combs, Khorram, and others for $50 million in damages. This lawsuit comes amid a wave of other sexual assault claims against the embattled music mogul.
