As reported by Red State, Mahomes, a three-time Super Bowl champion, was understandably upset, stating his frustration publicly. The incidents weren’t random acts of desperation but, according to authorities, the work of an organized and calculated criminal syndicate.

The suspected culprits? Members of a South American crime ring that has reportedly been targeting affluent Americans coast to coast.

“This is no pawn shop hustle,” security expert Mike Barbieri said. “This is a sophisticated operation by highly intelligent criminals. It’s not surprising that such an organized cartel is behind these crimes.”

Barbieri elaborated that these syndicates engage in meticulous planning, potentially including weeks of surveillance and even inside access to homes.

“Anyone who’s had recent work done on their home and then gets burglarized might want to connect the dots,” Barbieri warned. He explained that criminals within these cartels often exploit the information provided by individuals working on job sites, emphasizing the need for vigilance.
