The pop star’s seemingly lighthearted exchange with Musk on X (formerly Twitter) has sparked outrage among fans, with some expressing sharp disapproval, as reported by TMZ.

Here’s the breakdown: on Tuesday morning, Musk posted a GIF of the Jonas Brothers spinning a table with the caption, “My how the tables have turned,” a thinly veiled nod to Tesla’s rising success since Donald Trump’s election victory.

Musk’s post seemingly clapped back at critics who warned him that supporting Trump might harm his businesses.

In a move that surprised fans, Jonas not only replied to Musk’s post but did so with enthusiasm. He shared a smug-looking photo of Musk and added, “Take us to the Year 3000,” a clear reference to the Jonas Brothers’ 2006 hit song.

While Musk’s followers enjoyed the banter, Jonas’ fans were far less amused. Some urged him to delete the post, while others hurled biting remarks. One particularly harsh response read, “I used to pray to God to take your diabetes away.”

Another segment of fans took issue with Jonas referencing “Year 3000,” pointing out that the song isn’t even an original Jonas Brothers creation. For the uninitiated, the track is a cover of a song first performed by the British band Busted.
