Congressman Byron Donalds strongly criticized the Biden-Harris administration for granting clemencies and pardons, suggesting that these actions are being orchestrated by radical left-wing staffers rather than Joe Biden himself.

Donalds, appearing on Fox News, expressed outrage at the clemencies, portraying Biden as disengaged and uninformed about decisions made under his name.

Donalds did not hold back in his assessment of the situation. “Look, I think what’s happening with Joe Biden, nobody thinks he even knows about these clemencies or these pardons. This is the radical left staff that has been running this administration for the last four years,” Donalds stated.

He further accused the administration of using its final moments to push through the agenda of far-left activists. “This is because we have the radical left doing all the things they’ve been wanting to do for a very long time on their way out the door while Joe Biden is at the beach or taking a nap, or whatever it is he’s doing,” Donalds added.

The congressman, aligning with sentiments previously expressed by former President Donald Trump, condemned the decision to grant clemency to 37 individuals, calling it “outrageous.”

He suggested that such actions were undeserved and likened them to unmerited holiday gifts. “They should not have a Merry Christmas, to be perfectly blunt with you,” Donalds said.

Donalds went further to claim that the United States is currently functioning without an engaged leader. “We are a country that doesn’t have a President right now,” he remarked.

Legal analyst Gregg Jarrett joined the discussion, raising questions about Biden’s awareness of the clemencies. “Do you think he had any idea what he was doing? Do you think he knew what he was signing?” Jarrett asked.

Donalds responded decisively, saying, “No, I don’t.”
